Writing Classes Personal

This is a chance to work one-on-one with an award-winning professional to hone the skills needed to plan, begin, and finish a novel.

The 8 week on-line class is designed for experienced (though not necessarily published) writers who want to work in the longer format. It is conducted by email, and includes 3 weeks of exercises followed by 5 weeks of directed writing and critique. Obviously, students won't complete a novel in this brief time, but should come away from the class with a solid foundation on which to build their manuscript - specifically, a complete first chapter and a working outline for the rest of the project.
